About Dinkins Home Center

Dinkins Home Center sold its first manufactured home in 1946. Dinkins is well-established and has been in the same location since 1965. We offer an extensive selection of new and pre-owned homes to choose from.

Our company features locally built Champion’s line of fine homes. There are many advantages to buying a house that is locally built. These include lower shipping costs, meaning you will get more house for your dollar. Also, we can offer a tour of Champion’s facility to show how the homes are constructed.

Dinkins Home Center has received many awards over the years. We were selected “Sales Center of the Year” by the Tennessee Manufactured Housing Association. Also, we have received the Readers’ Choice Award for excellent product knowledge and customer service in Paris, TN, for over 10 years.
